Healthy Granola

My family is obsessed with Greek yogurt. We all eat it on a daily basis which I'm okay with because it's a great source of dairy. However, Greek yogurt is expensive regardless of where you buy it. When I calculated how much money we spend buying the individual cups of yogurt, I decided to attempt a change- yogurt in a tub! Costco sells two large tubs of plain Greek yogurt for under $7 for the pair! The only downside for me is that is plain. In addition to doing a few things to sweeten it up (more on that later), I made some homemade granola to top it off with.
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/3 brown sugar
sprinkle of nutmeg
sprinkle of cinnamon
After combining the ingredients, spread the oat mixture on a cookie sheet. I put a piece of parchment paper on mine to prevent any sticking. Then, put it in a 300 degree oven for about an hour. I would check on mine about every ten minutes to prevent it from becoming too browned stirring it as needed.
