Whenever I have some extra time (insert laugh here), I will try and make life a little easier by cooking some meat or a yummy breakfast bread for the days to come. This past weekend I baked some already defrosted pork chops with salt, pepper, and a slice of butter on top. Once cooled, I put them in the fridge ready for dinner tomorrow evening. The next day, I was able to have dinner ready in less than thirty minutes! Accompanied by brown rice and green beans, I warmed the pork chops in a pan of melted butter, brown sugar, and honey.
